How do I load fares on my peggo card?
To load fares on your card you'll need to log in to your account. You can do this by clicking on the Sign In link. If you haven't created an online account yet, click to Sign Up.

Once logged in you'll be redirected to the Manage My Card page. Click the Load My Card button on the right hand side of the page. A pop up window will open with two drop down menu options - one for e-pass and one for e-cash.

  • Fares loaded online or by phone are not active on your card right away. A confirmation email will be sent to your email account within 48 hours to confirm when the fares you have loaded will be available for use.

  • If you intend to set up an auto reload you will need to pay for your fare products using a credit card rather than debit online.

Reloading my peggo Card

How do I set an auto reload?
Not all fare options are eligible for auto reloads. Below is a list of e-passes and e-cash values that can be set for auto reloads and the threshold, the point where your reload occurs:

  • 7-day e-passes will auto reload 4 days before your current e-pass is set to expire.
  • 14-day, 21-day, and 28-day e-passes will auto reload 5 days before your current e-pass is set to expire.
  • The monthly e-pass will auto reload 6 days before the end of the month.
  • For passengers who use e-cash, only values of $20 or more can be set for auto reload. The e-cash reload threshold, the point where your reload occurs is set at $12 for all users. Once the remaining balance on your card drops below $12 your auto reload will be triggered. Like all other online orders, it will take up to 48 hours for your auto reload to be on your card.

How to set an auto reload

Auto reloads can only be set on registered cards. To activate an auto reload you must purchase a fare product from your online account using a credit card. Online debit cannot be used to activate an auto reload. After you have registered and used your peggo card, you?ll receive an email confirming that your registration is complete. Once you receive this email you can set up an auto reload.

To begin you need to log in to your peggo account. You'll be redirected to the Manage My Card page.

Click View Products on Card to reveal the fare products you currently have loaded on your card. On the right hand side of the fare product you have on your card you will see a grey box that says Reload Off. Click this box to activate the auto reload option. The box will have changed to blue and will say Reload On. You have now turned your auto reload on and it will stay active until you decide to turn it off.

To turn off an auto reload, log in to your account, click the blue Reload On button which will turn grey and say Reload Off. You have now turned your auto reload off and it will stay off until you decide to turn it on.

Loading my WINNpass peggo card

How do I load my WINNpass peggo card?
The WINNpass discount only applies to adult monthly transit passes and that is the only fare product that can be loaded on your WINNpass card. The procedure to load your card online is the same as with other peggo cards.

WINNpass cards are active for one year from the program acceptance date.

Note: WINNpass users who manage their peggo cards online may notice a line on the card history report and the View Products on Card page indicating a product with no associated payment was loaded on the card. Please disregard.

Changes made to the way you make secure purchases of peggo products for your peggo card

How will these changes affect me?

We are changing the way you make secure purchases of peggo products for your peggo card. Effective July 10, 2023, we are bringing in a new credit card payment provider and you may notice that the peggo payment page looks a bit different, but you will still be able to purchase peggo products as you always have.

We will be turning off the auto reload feature on July 10 . If you wish to reactivate the auto reload feature you must make a new purchase of peggo products on or after July 11 before turning the auto reload feature on again. A new purchase is required to enable our new credit card payment provider to recognize your card.

* Please note that we will no longer be accepting debit cards as payment for peggo products purchased online.
